How to clean-up a user outlook profile

Hello All,

Hope this is the right newsgroup for this post.

We use Office 2003 Sp2 on Xp Sp2. We have deployed Live Meeting (7.5) to all
the workstations and now we are deploying the LM Add-In Pack. The Add-In
works fine on workstations of new employees but on the workstations of
employees that use to have Outlook 2000 the Add-In pack will only work in we
delete their Outlook profile and then create a new profile.

Is there a way to script the cleaning of the Outlook profiles before
installing the Add-In? or is there another known problem with the
installation of the Add-In?

Hi,

I meant to say 'We have deployed Live Meeting (7.9)', not 7.5

Live meeting Add-In pack is version 7.5.
