Go to the windows update site, and look for and click on 'view installation
history', on the left hand side of the screeen.

The other replies are correct if you trust the accuracy of the Microsoft site. For additional confirmation look for the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer and install and run it. Good luck.

You can also go to control panel, Add/Remove Programs, scroll down the list
of programs and at the bottom you will find all updates installed with their
number categories.

Not if you have used a tool like the one from www.dougknox.com to remove the hotfix backups and the listing in the add\remove program list. Not all updates are listed here. Only the Hotfixes can be found there. Good luck.

Help; About. Also go to windows.update.com & let them
check your machine.
Won't tell you what IS there necessarily, if you've
frogged around deleting the records, but will tell you
what is NOT there, even if you deleted the install
records from your hd.
