How to change Resolution

I have imported 6.2 mpixel pictures and smaller videos into MM2. How can I
change the resolution for a big screen tv or larger than what is default for
MM2?

You can't really make it look better than the original. It's the old
garbage in garbage out scenario. You must have the original file in the
best possible resolution, so save it in the highest posible... which would
be DV-AVI. Then create a DVD using the DV-AVI file.
