How to change printing options in outlook for e-mails

When I print an e-mail from outlook via File - Print, suddenly a new menu
comes up showing two print styles, Table Style and Meme Style. For the memo
style the printer properties are disactivated and I cannot choose another
printer. At other times I get the usual print menu on which I can choose the
printers.

The secret here is to use File | Print from the menu of the open message.
What is available via File | Print in the main Outlook menu is dependant on
the message format.

Thanks for the reply. Does "dependant on the message format" means what
format I have choosen under Tools/Options/Mail format? I set it on Rich Text
because that seems to be the only way that my attachments are visible on the
printed e-mail. Thats yet another problem, to which I have not found the
answer.

If I have to print out a series of e-mails and I have to click to open each
e-mail just to get a printing choice it would take up quite some time.

Any good idea is appreciated.
