how to change opportunity field content in drop down menu (Outlook

Is there a way to change the menu content of the preset drop-down fields in
Business Contact Manager for the opportunity page?

ie: when creating a new opportunity for a business contact in BCM, there are
fields such as "source of lead" and "sales stage" that are pre-populated with
choices, unfortunately the choices are not very applicable to our firm and
would be helpful if these are modifiable.

The option to customize fields in being conisdered in BCM V3 which is
scheduled to release with Office 12
