How to change local admin password on multiple clients

Is there a setting in Group Policy to change the local admin password on
multiple clients, or can this be done with a script. We are running 2000
DC's.

The other option is to assign a startup script to all workstations containing
the following command:
net user administrator %new_password%
(where %new_password% is the password you want to assign to the account)
