Hi Don :)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, but, try the
following and see if it helps:

(Note: Be sure to back up the Registry before making any changes)

You can change the value of Favorites in the Registry in these
two keys: (ignore the second if the value is not there)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders

For Windows 2000/XP:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders]
Set the Favorites path to : %USERPROFILE%\Favorites

The above should be a REG_EXPAND_SZ value, not REG_SZ

Hope this helps.

In Windows 2000 or XP, you can somply open Windows Explorer (not IE),
locate the Favorites folder, and drag it where you want it to be. Bacause
it's a system folder, Windows will automatically track the move and update
the registry.
