How to change display settings?

When I am trying to change display settings, the system responds back that I
have insufficient privilege to change the same, although I am logged in as
Administrator.

Please help me in changing the default display setting.

When I am trying to change display settings, the system responds back that I
have insufficient privilege to change the same, although I am logged in as
Administrator.

If you set up a restriction to these settings you will be affected
from the Admin account as well unless you undo the setting.
