How to change default owner?

How do I change the default NTFS ownership to the %username% instead of
'Administrators' local group?
What I am looking
for is how to change the system so that if a file is created by a person
that is in the local administrators group, the owner will be the individual
account that created the file instead of the admistrators group.

If you are using XP Pro you can open Local Security Policy and go to local
policies/security options and configure system objects: default owner for
objects created by administrators ... to be object creator. --- Steve
