I have set up several email account in Outlook, but am only able to send
message from one email account only. I received an email which required
acknowledge receipt and I agreed to send the acknowledgment. But that
message was received by an account which I cannot send messagef from. The
Outlook keep on trying to send the acknowledgement but of course failed. I
tried to close the Outlook and start again, but Outlook is still trying to
send that acknowledgement which cannot be found in the Outbox folder. How
can I cancel the sending of that acknowledgment?

If you have a message 'stuck' in your outbox the easiest way i've found of
getting rid of it, is to close Outlook(if open), open Outlook, and
immediately go to your outbox and delete it before sending / receiving
starts, sometimes cancelling sending/receiving allows you to delete or move
outbox emails, but not always.

When sending a message you can specify which account will send it, if my
memory serves, you should get a drop down box showing all of the accounts set
up and you just select whichever one you want, during composition of your
email.

I have the same problem as KC and I would delete these if I could but there
are no messages in my outbox. These messages are request for response to an
email account that we cant send to.

I need help with the same as KC
