how to burn cd with $oem$ folder as bootable?!

I have been trying to burn a unattended setup cd with $oem$ folder for oem
preinstall files, but when i try to burn it as a bootable cd it tries to
chagne the $oem$ to _oem_ folder name in ez-cd creator, nero seems to give
me problems too just in a diffrent way (the cd wont boot!) and ive followed
a bootable cd instruction list ive found on the net (3 diffrent ones) and
have problems yet, does anyone know of any good instructions? thanks!

You did not mention which instructions you tried, but Oli Restorick's
(http://www.willowhayes.co.uk/) are quite thorough.
