How to associate the protocol rtsp with real player?

I asked this question some days ago,but no one answerded,
will someone do me a favor ,or I have not describe the error correctlly?

When I click the link
rtsp://audio.chinabroadcast.cn/spread/crionline/entertainment/radio/eo040813
001.smil
on the web page :http://gb.chinabroadcast.cn/netradio/club.htm
The grammer error always occured in the ie,and the real player was not
startup.However I can open the file when I open it in the real player
directly.
I think it may be caused by my ie option,Will someone tell how to avoid
the error and the web page will be opened with real player correctly
