How to ask question and then click remote for answer

I would like to know how to type a question in a PowerPoint slide and then
click my remote control to show the answer in the same PowerPoint slide
presentaion?
I seen it done before but I don't know how to do it. The presenter had typed
in 3 questions on a slide and after each question he would click his remote
and the answer would be displayed followed by the next 2 questions using the
same procedure. Really nice tool. How do i do this in a PowerPoint
presentation. Thanks.
