How to arrange desktop

How do I move the bar along the edge of the desktop; the
one which contains the start and clock, network connection
icon ets. I has always been at the bottom but it moved to
the right edge. IHow do I get it to the bottom again?

Hi,

Click on the menu bar and hold your button down, now drag the thing to
the edge of the screen you favor.
