how to add/remove the quicklaunch toolbar by script, registry or G

Hi everyone,

i'm trying to find out how i could add or remove the quick launch toolbar ?
either by script, by using the registry or even by GPO (but i didn't find the
parameter, maybe developping my own adm file ...)

please help me i'm going crazy, i used regmon to see what's happening when I
add/remove the toolbar.... and online a strange key is changing ...

MSFN -> Enabling Quick Launch through registry or script:

Claims the REG file can do it. (should be applied before the shell starts)
