Send Emails Using Rich Formatting with Yahoo! Mail

To add formatting to an email you compose in Yahoo! Mail:
  • Click Rich Text next to the Subject: line.
    • If you see a Plain Text link in that spot, you're all set for richly formatted emails.
Send Emails using Rich Formatting with Yahoo! Mail Classic
To enable rich text formatting in Yahoo! Mail:
  • Select Options | Mail Options from the Yahoo! Mail toolbar.
  • Make sure Mail is selected under Options on the left.
  • Click General Preferences under Personalization.
  • Under Composing E-mails, make sure Compose messages as color and graphics is selected.
  • Click Save.
In order to embed a picture in the body of a yahoo email your photos needs to be web based on a site like:-

http://www.flickr.com/
http://photobucket.com/
http://fotopic.net/
http://www.snapfish.com/info17

Then you can right click and copy the picture from the web site and paste onto the body of your email or your signature. This method will not work using the Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers.

If you use BT/Yahoo as your ISP, you get Flickr pro for free.

You'll have to ask them, I don't use 'em browsers.

I've always used right-click n' paste, or I use Crtl+c n' Crtl+v ... try the keyboard shortcuts.

Actually never knew FF had this limitation. ;)
