how to add favorites command to toolbar

Is there a way I can add a "Favorites" control to my toolbar in my Outlook
2003. This way I can surf favorite url's from outlook instead of the IE
browser. Thank you.

Right click the Menu Bar (or any toolbar) and click Customize. Click the
Commands tab. In the Categories list on the left, choose Menu Bar, then find
Favorites in the Commands list on the right and drag it to the Menu Bar or to
whatever toolbar you like, and drop it where you want it. Click Close on the
Customize dialog and you're done.
