How to add ENVID,RET and NOTIFY parameter to message in Outlook

I'm trying to add parameters (ENVID,RET,NOTIFY) to my message in Outlook 2003 without any positive results.
I serched in internet but i couldn't find any solution :(
Is it possible using VSTO to do it or maybe using Redemption, CDO or in other way?
