how to add contactitem to distlistitem

Hello,

How can i add un cantact item to distribution list because in the vab
guide for outlook the recipientsonject
accept only AppointmentItem, JournalItem, MailItem, MeetingItem or
TaskItem.

And in the contact folder there is ContactItem ?

Take the email address from the ContactItem that you want to use and create
a Recipient object with it using Application.CreateRecipent.
