How to add colors to a view

Hi
I whould like to use VBA to create a view in outlook 2003 and it works
fine until I get to the automatic color formatting. I cannot find any
method/properties to the view that has anything to do with colors.
Is it possible to add colors to a view, like "all items send to me is
blue" using VBA?

No in Outlook 2003, yes in Outlook 2007.
