How to add a custom online meeting in Outlook Calendar Appointment?

In outlook (2000 and above), clicking on New Appointment will give a
Appointment Tab. There is a checkbox "This is an online meeting
using:" and a drop-down list box is enabled. In 2002 the following
options are available:
Microsoft NetMeeting
Windows Media Services
Microsoft Exchange Conferencing

If I need to add my own custom meeting under this list how can I add?

Please help.
