How many DFS Root can we have per Domain?

Hi,
I would like to know How many DFS root can you create per Domain? If you
have some hard document for this... Please include a link...
I would really appreciate it.

"a lot" -- but it sounds like you want a "documented max
number" when that is pretty much contrary to one of the
main purposes of DFS: providing a unified name space
of resources that are all in the same hierarchy.

The idea is to have (only) a few DFS roots rather than
a lot of disparate or disjointed resources.

If you use AD to distribute your DFS roots, you can have one. AD will
replicate the DFS structure.

A DC can only have one root.

Up to 32 DCs can host the same root.

A domain can host multiple DFS root volumes (across multiple computers).
There can never be more DFS roots than servers in the domain (because a
server can only host one root).
