how i can install system32 folder other than C:\Window

can u plz tell me how can i install system32 folder other than C:\Window
drive actaully i want to install windows in C:\ but its system32 folder in D:\

I don't think you want to do that, hard coded in too many places. Pick
some other NON-system folder to move.
