how i can change the lineat from pt to cm?

Dear Sir,
while i worte my document, the lineal scale was changed from cm to pt.
i would like to change it again from pt to cm
how i can make this?

Tools | Options | General tab and change the measurement unit near the bottom
of the dialog box.
