How does my mail get to Outlook

Hi,
I have managed to set up en e-mail account in Outlook, and I can send mail.
Incoming mail, however, arrives at T-online.de and has to be checked via the
t-online.de website.
What do I have to change to make incoming mails arrive in Outlook ?
