How do you undock or move a property sheet in Acccess 2007?

Hi all,

I'm long time Access developer in Office 2003. I just started using Windows
7 and Office 2007.

Is there a way to move or undock a property sheet in Acces 2007?

E.g., in form design, the property sheet for a textbox or other object
always docks to the right side of the program window. I can drag its left
edge to change its width, but it cannot be undocked or moved. Searching
google, I see folks talk about getting the four-arrow mouse pointer when
hovering around the title area at the top of the sheet, but that doesn't
happen for me, the best I can do is the two headed pointer when hovering over
the left edge of the sheet, which allows its width to be changed.

A few weeks before the change to Windows 7 and Office 2007, I started using
dual monitors. I think I had a similar issue in Access 2003 after I started
using the second monitor, but I was crazy busy at work, and I just don't
recall for sure. Is there a reason that a second monitor would affect window
docking behavior?

i use Dual Monitor without issue. The 4-prong cursor is the key. Have you
implemented some Windows theme that alters the cursors?

I had changed from standard wall paper to the slide show.

I can still get the four prong cursor to move an entire window if I right
click in the window title bar and click Move form the pop up menu.

I've tried all these, assuming that some would be of no use, but moving back
to a standard configuration:

Using the standard Windows 7 Aero theme
Installing lastest nvidia driver
Going back to one monitor
Moving taskbar back to bottom of desktop from the left side
Unlocking the taskbar
Unstalling latest iPoint mouse driver
Cruising the registry looking for likely settings that could affect this
(Didn't change anything.)

Also tried temorarily setting display resolution to less than native 1600x1200

Nothing made a difference. Only one relevant post in hours of googling. One
person had the exact same problem, but later it fixed itself. Not helpful.

I'm out of ideas.
