How do you delete a revoked certificate in
Certificate Authority (Local)\<certname>\Revoked
Certificates\<nameofrevokedcert>

I messed around with certutil and could do it.
I also couldn't find anything under the GUI.

Thank you for your reply, but I think you misunderstood my
question. I'm not asking how to delete a user certificate
I created.

I'm ask how do you delete a certificate that was assigned
to an end user and then revoked. The certificate is now in
Certificate Authority (Local)
\<certname>\Revoked\Certificates\<nameofrevokedcert>\

How do you delete a "revoked" certificate?
If you right click on the certificate, there is
no "Delete" option.

Thanks.

Oh OK. I don't think that matters about User Created or assigned but I could be wrong about that. Yes I know what you were referring to now. It is in the revoked folder? And there is no right-click delete? Strange.

Here I tried "remove revoked certificate" in the knowledge base. There might be something there that corresponds to your issue. It looks to be more than I expected.
