How do you quarantine a browser hijacker

Everyday I use your spyware and everyday there is another
hijacker. How do you quarantine the hijacker. There are
no specific instructions on that screen. Going to the
managing quarantine items, it doesn't tell you either?????

Restart in Safe Mode and do a Full System Scan - on the Scan Page, click
Scan Options > Full System Scan. Do this at least two times. Also remember
to disable system before you restart in Safe Mode.
