How do you open a site that is setup as a host header?

Ok, I have several sites on an IIS 6.0 box. Our main site is using port 80,
and another site is using port 80 as well, except it has a host header setup
of "cbvoting". DNS has been changed and it works great trying to access
"http://cbvoting", but the problem now is, how do I open up "cbvoting" in
Frontpage to make changes to the site? If I do the normal, File, Open Site,
and type in, "http://cbvoting", I get a message back stating that the site
isn't accessible. Is there any way around this problem of opening host header
sites in Frontpage?

FP doesn't work well with host header, best to avoid using them.

Now that's a crappy answer, all of my sites are not the
primary site on a server and use host headers perfectly
fine.

As to the OPs problem, FP does have issues with what it
thinks are bad urls. I am doing some playing with
Expressions and could not publish to a host-headered site,
as it was only called 'testingsite''. I changed the header
to give a valid TLD (testingsite.net) and can publish to the
site fine

Whenever I have tried working with host header their where problems. All site I current work with
either have individual IPs or share an IP. The shared IP redirection is controlled via server-side
scripting, and all publishing is to the root or subweb.
