How do you migrate built-in groups??

We are currently migrating from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows
2003 using the ADMT v2 to migrate our groups and users.
The problem we are having is that there appears to be no
way to migrate the Domain Admins & Domain Users. As many
of our share rely on these groups I am hoping someone has
found a way??
