How do you import email and contacts from incredimail?

Hi people, I have all of my email and contact lists stuck in Incredimail XE.
I want to import all of my data to Outlook. I am currently using Outlook 2000
with Windows XP Pro.. I have a copy of Outlook 2003 available to install if
that will help. If I must, I will purchase Outlook 2007. I want to
synchronise email and calendar functions with a Dopod for hand held
flexibility. Incredimail does not have a function to Export Data to any other
mail client.
