How do you handle married couple with different last names in Out.

My customer base are couples, often with different last names. I'm trying to
use Outlook as a source to merge information into form letters. I'd like to
address to both parties using their full names, and greet them with their
first names only. Can this be done?

I don't think so. Outlook considers each Contact to be a separate
person/record. The spouse field is there to help sales people chat to their
customers and remember the spouse's name!
