How do setup a Calander to Automatically accept a Meeting

How do setup a Calendar to automatically accept a meeting
without every being opened by the user? I do not know if
you can set it to open e-mail automatically.

The problem with this solution I've found is in order for
your account to automatically accept the appointments,
they must schedule you as a "resource" or else the
appointment just sits there in your inbox. If anyone
could tell me a way around this I would be internally
grateful. We've just made the switch from GroupWise to
Outlook and our users are fairly unimpressed with the
resource scheduling capabilities of this program.
