From Outlook 2003 I was organising my incoming messages using crtl+shift+V
and return in so doing I lost all of my current of my incoming, most of which
I needed to retain. How do I restrieve them. They were not deleted.

CTRL+SHIFT+V opens the Move To dialog so i assume you moved them to a
different folder. Do a search in your entire mailbox if you can't remember
which folder you moved them to.

Thank you very much Roady (MVP). I have profound gratitude for your input
to my question, I was shocked into silence. You are a legend. Not only did
I retrieve all the incoming messages, but they were placed in sequence i.e
'today, yesterday, 'last week', including creating a folder 'messages sent
directly to me'. Your response sure unravelled my mental confusion. Well
done, much appreciated.
