How do I view linked presentations and email it?

I have created two presentations, 1 in landscape the other in portrait. I
think I linked the 2 correctly together but I can't seem to view what I've
done. Also, I would like to email this new presentation but not sure how to
do that without having to send both files. Is there some easy way of doing
this and I'm just not seeing it? Please help.

If you linked the presentations, there are two files, and you have to send
both. Just be sure that you have saved them both to the same folder before
linking them.
