How do I view attachments in a shared contact with email linking?

I have shared the database and set up linking. However, only the creator of
the email can view the attachments. How can all users open the attachment
when viewing the history?

Hi

The resason could be pretty simple the attachments or mails uder BCM history
in not a copy but only a pointer to the original copy present in the pst
file in outlook .The same senario would occur if you delete an email from
outlook and check for the same under BCM histroy,the email would appear but
with reduced funtionality.Hope this help
