I want to view two calendars side by side, but having looked at the tutorial
I cannot find the calendar view where I am supposed to tick the two calendars
I want to view. Can somebody please give me an idiots guide to viewing two
calendars? Thanks

Assuming you have multiple calendars available (by opening a shared calendar
or opening a secondary .pst file), when in the Calendar View, there should
be a 'My Calendars' header in the left navigation pane with the available
calendars to select.

My problem isn't that i can't veiw 2 calendars, because I can -- I see them
both in the My Calendars section.

But every time I open up Outlook and go to the Calendars section, only the
main calendar is displayed. I have to manually check the additional calendar.

So my question is: How do I display them both, simultaneously, as the default?

I tried having them both visible when closing Outlook and then re-opening,
but that didn't have any effect.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi Babs
At the bottom of the navigation pane, right click your mouse and select
"Navigation Pane Options". Then select Calendar by placing a check mark
beside the relevent box. Then you list of calendars will appear. Place a
check mark beside each calendar you wish to view simultaneously

Joel - that setting doesn't stick for me. When you close Outlook, you have
to select both Calendars again. Many posts here about this issue BTW.
