How do I use name and address details from excel to merge in word

I am trying to mail merge. My mailing addresses are in excel my form letter
is in microsoft word how do i merge the two?
 
You specify the Excel file as the data source in the Word Merge wizard. I
suggest you ask this in a Word or Excel newsgroup for a more complete
answer. This newsgroup is dedicated to MS-Access, the database product.
