How do I use format superscript in the Subject of an email?

Hi!

Does anyone know how to format superscript inside of an email Subject:? I
have tried the Shift+Control= and it doesn't work. I have seen superscript in
the subject of emails, but have no idea how to go about it.

Thanks So Much for your attention!

You cannot format the Subject field but you can use the CTRL, ALT, SHIFT +
KEY combinations to create additional characters like ¹, ², ³, ®, ©, etc...

Thank you for your reply, but I had already tried the key combos and they
don't seem to work. If I try to use the key combos in the Subject, nothing
appears when I type.

CTRL+ALT+SHIFT=¹
CTRL+ALT+2 = ²
CTRL+ALT+3=³
CTRL+ALT+R=®
CTRL+ALT+C=©

The key combination might depend on your keyboard layout and language
settings but these are for a US Internationall layout.

As you can see the characters worked in the subject for Windows Mail as well
(which I used to post this message).

Hi Roady,

I really appreciate your assistance!

I can't do any superscript in the body here (for this reply) or in the
subject.

When I am in Outlook I can use Shift,Control, +
to make superscript in the message body, but that's it. It doesn't work at
all in the Subject.

Is there a way to change the keyboard settings? Also if you know, does it
matter whether I am using HTML or Rich Text for email? Are there any other
settings that might affect it? Thanks in advance!

CTRL,SHIFT,+ is a formatting option and since subjects cannot contain any
formatting (just like Plain text messages) you are stuck with the
superscript characters in the standard characterset.

I see one example in my reply was wrong;
CTRL+ALT+SHIFT=¹
should read;
CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+1=¹
