How do I uninstall or disable Business Contact Manager?

Contact Manager was installed as a beta/trial product with our MS License
agreement to own everything. I installed it - I need to unistall it or
safely delete it or disable it along with its SQL Server instance.

How do I do it?

Control Panel|Add or Remove Programs.

You may need to remove SQL separately depending on what version you
have.
