How do I undo a save in word?

I opened an old document and made some changes. I then clicked SAVE rather
than SAVE AS and lost the original doc. Is there any way of getting the
original doc back?

If you had Track Changes turned on you should be able to
locate the changes.

If not, restore the file from you last back up.

If you have not closed the document, Undo back to where you started, Save
again, then Redo everything and Save As. If you have closed the document and
have "Automatically create backup copy" enabled, you'll find the previous
version in the same folder as "Backup of <filename>.wbk" (you'll have to
display "All Files" to see it).
