How do I text wrap within a record in Access tables?

I need to add long text statements to a column in an Access table. How do I
get the text to wrap so that the entire statement can be placed in the table
record using multiple lines?

If you make the rows more than one line of text tall then they will
automatically "soft-wrap" text. If you want to enter "hard" returns then use
<shift enter>.

Tables are for STORING data, not for displaying or printing it. You
can display table data in a textbox on a Form or Report, and the
textbox will wordwrap your data to fit.

If you do want to store a hard carriage return character in a text
string, to force it to wrap at a chosen place, type Ctrl-Enter as
you're typing the data; or use a Form to enter the data (a good idea
in any case), and set the textbox's Enter Key Behavior to "New line".

Be sure you have the <Data Type> of the field set to Memo to allow longer
text entry.
