How do I tell my 2 XP OS disks apart

D

Doug

I've bought two versions of XP, one for me and one for my wife's PC. They
sit in their orange folders on my software shelf.

I have carried out many hardware changes on my PC and I may need to
reactivate it online soon. Trouble is, I have no idea which CD I used for
which PC.

Does this matter? Does the MS online (re)activation
just look for any old valid XP disk and activation code or would it be
preferable to ID which one of the two I ACTUALLY used for the install?

If they are both IDENTICAL versions, then it doesn't matter which CD you use
with which key - key data is NOT held on the CD.......
