how do I 'tag' words in my blog?

I have been writng a blog for a few weeks but I have no readers - how do I
'tag' certain words so that my blog shows up when readers google key words?

You might also want to ask yourself if what you are blogging about is of
interest to others. If so, why should they visit *your* site instead of the
bazillions of others out there blogging about the same thing.

There are so many ways to get huge traffic to the blog.
If you want to choose right keyword then use Google Keyword Planner and want more traffic then submit your blog posts to social media networking and social media bookmarking websites to get more traffic.
