How do i synchronise my calender

Hi,
How do i synchronise my calender between my "Mailbox
Calender" and my "Personal Folder Calender"? i need to do
this because i am sharing my "Mailbox Calender" with my
colleague, but the email is delivered to my "Personal
Folder", hence when i accept invitation, the event only
appear in my "Personal Folder Calender", and not
the "Mailbox Calender" (which i shared out).

Please help.

If anyone can help this has been the greatest challenge
that I have faced for the past 3 years with Microsoft
Outlook for our company. Because of server requirements
and speed we have found it best to deliver to a persons
PST, but if you do this we can not see other's calendars
unless they are on the network. Scheduling apointments is
a pain, if you use the feature to accept a the persons
appointment, it will show up in a PST not the mailbox.

PLEASE HELP>>> Going just to the Mailbox for delivery is
not an option, tried that.
