When I download email using Outlook, some email that I know has been sent
only once by a single user (family member) or I assume only once by unknown
SPAM senders, I often must delete multiple copies of the email. This also
happens when I tag the email as SPAM. Even tagged, it appears again. Is
there a way to prevent this from happening in Outlook?
