How do I stop the "99% complete download" dialog box from popping

Hi, when I download media files from the Web, as soon as the download hits
99%, the download dialog box pops up, and if I happen to be hitting the
enter, escape, or space keys in another application at that exact moment, the
download cancels. How can I prevent the "99% complete" dialog box from
popping up?

Thanks a million!

May or may not work in this case, but try:

Internet Explorer >> Tools >> Internet Options >> Advanced >> In the
Browsing Section uncheck the option for "Notify when downloads complete".
Click Apply.

Thanks, Avatar. I did what you said, but to no avail. Any other
suggestions? Thanks again!

Get a download manager like GetRight or one of the other many that are out
there. That way if you ever loose the download again for whatever reason you
can restart it from where it stopped.
