How do I stop having the same message be sent from my outbox?

My messages keep getting sent. I haven't changed my setting at all. All
of a sudden my messages get sent to the outbox and they stay there,
constantly being sent. I have to pyhsically delete the messages from the
outbox.

Version of Outlook?
Type of account?
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook disable this
integration and try again.
