When Outlook is running a pop-up keeps appearing "Enter Network Psswork". How
do I stop it? I would appreciate any help you can give me I am operating
under Windows XP and am using Office 2003.
I am on a single desktop computer. I am not on a Network. To my knowledge I
have never set up a password.
Since I am a novice please explain where to go and what to do to get rid of
this.
Thanks, Alice
The first thing I would make sure of is that when you set up your email
address you entered the correct username and password. The wrong username or
password will cause this to happen. (Where do I go to do this?)
Also, I have had this happen on computers in our network. I never could
figure out why, but when I delete the email address in Outlook and recreated
it, they sometimes will work fine again. Go figure! (How do I do this?)
Hope these help!
