How do I stop authorised mail being recognised as spam?

Does anyone know why messages from perfectly legitimate business colleagues
come through showing { Spam? 4 } in the subject line.

I have checked my junk senders list to make sure they have not inadvertently
been added and the list does not have their email address on.

Its very annoying when it happens when clients send through emails and
appear as spam as it is unporffesional when we reply to the emails and {
Spam? 4 } appears in the subject line of their returned email.

Does anyone know how to stop this happening.

I'd be grateful for any advice.

Outlook isn't adding Spam to the subject line. That's happening because of a
client- or server-based anti-virus program somewhere in the chain of
transmission. A look at the Internet headers for the message might tell you
where.
